Never again!! I ordered a couch with an assembly service. The couch was shipped however half-way the transport got cancelled as couch seemed to be damaged. After waiting 45min on the phone I managed to contact customer srvice. They suggested they would cancel the order and I could order the same couch once again, which I did (again with assembly). After a month some amount (lower than what i paid) was booked on my account. Clarifying via phone didn't help and I'm still waiting for the difference to be booked. On top of that when the second order arrived they company delivering it refused to assemble it!! Again 45min waiting for customer service; they promised to refund te assembly cost immediately. Until now this haven't happend either. On top of that I got a notification today that the couch from the cancelled is sent... Laughable!!

Geannuleerd omdat niemand van Home24 me vooruit kon helpen.

Do not order on this site, they are just scandalous !!!
I ordered a closet beginning of May 2018 on their site. It could not be delivered because it was damaged during delivery (no problem, that can happen).
They told that I would be reimbursed between 3 to 10 workingdays. Still seeing no refunds arriving, I contacted them end of may. They told me that because of a logistical problem, the refund would take 2 to 3 weeks (we are talking about a amount of 500 euros).
We are June 20th and I had to contact them again this morning. Finally, nothing had been done for the refund... and that I still have to wait 3 to 10 workingdays because they did not do anything for it... The person I had on the phone also had no compassion , I felt that it was clearly not his problem. It's a shame to treat his customers like that. I come to wonder if I will see my 500 euros again.
In addition, I sent several mails that remained unanswered. Their customer service is just deplorable, do not order on this site...

Wij hebben nu 2 pogingen gedaan om iets te bestellen. Ze komen (lever)afspraken niet na vervolgens betaal je voor montageservice en het bestelde word gewoon naar binnen gesmeten.

Verschikkelijke webshop! LAAT U NIET VERLEIDEN DOOR DE GOEDKOPE PRIJZEN!
U KRIJGT NIET WAT U BESTELD!
Buiten dat duurt het maanden voordat u een product thuis ontvangt, en het is vaak kapot en totaal iet anders dan u besteld.
De klantenservice is ronduit slecht!
