I booked a room at Holiday Inn express Amsterdam North River Side for two nights for around 300 Euros ( You don't have any idea how much I worked hard to be able to travel to Europe being coming from third category poor country and get Schengen visa after several attempts ( and that was my first time to be able to travel to Europe) but the hotel made it a nightmare. I was forced to cancel my booking 10 days in advance due to travel restrictions to Netherlands via official letter, however the hotel refused to return back my already paid money, they would be right if I had No Show at the hotel at the date of booking or cancelled one day in advance, but those were 10 days in advance !!! even booking.com tried to ask them politely to get back my money but their answer was that its non-refundable, then I asked to give me other dates in the future after I am able to clear the travel restrictions but they even refused which left me speechless with broken heart for receiving huge amount of money without giving any service!!!!!! Zero business morals and Worst Customer Service Ever!

prima kamer en service voor de kamerprijs Kamer was prima. het personeel was heel vriendelijk en de redelijk scherp geprijsde kamerprijs was zelfs imclusief ontbijt. lekkere stille kamer!
