i am a small, 67 yo man. i didn't like the idea of a pallette, weighing quite a bit, though in 4 parcels, was just 'dropped off' at
my doorstep. i would've GREATly appreciated help(even borrowing a 'handtruck') getting it into my place...it wouldn't've been difficult to do. THAT way...as it was...i've ruptured a disc and can't use the equipment now...just kidding. but possible. trust me...i used to be a nurse/therapist...i have to also add that the person i spoke with was a bit too quick to sell me on how easy it should be to put together...it's a bowflex extrem 2 home gym(great unit, once it's up and running)...LOTsa parts... but i 'm gonna get it done...good instructions. and i'm definitely motivated. but it WON'T be easy...never is, pretty much...but hey...you finish putting one of THESE beasts together and you've earned the right to use it...it's a great 'getting to know you period'. from the bottom up. literally...
