I did not receive a confirmation email informing me that my order had been shipped so on the day it arrived i almost didn t enough money on me to pay the VAT import duty.

Below is the situation i described above I have yet to receive a confirmation mail regarding shipping. I understand your previous mail regarding a national holiday. However that was on Wednesday 22nd. You stated that you expected to receive delivery on Wednesday 22nd or Thursday 23rd. It is now Saturday 25th and I have heard nothing. Perhaps you can understand my concern. Having paid in good faith for an expensive item and as yet I really have not heard anything except in your last mail explaining a one or two day delay. That was four days ago. Could I please ask what the cause of the delay is or for some kind of update. I need this luggage for travel within the next week. I did not expect it to take this long for the item to be shipped out. If you feel it will be much longer I am afraid I must cancel the order. I do not expect to have received the item yet but I would expect more customer service information seven days after the order was placed. I look forward to hearing from you with an update of some kind soon.
