I ordered an AGU SEQ urban rain jacket from the website. It was delivered the next day. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. I ordered a new one and also received that one the day after ordering. My money was refunded within just two days of returning the first jacket. With both orders I received confirmation emails and track and trace codes. I am happy with the efficient and professional service. And when I called with a question about my return they were quite friendly. What a nice experience I will definitely recommend them to others
