De wijnproeverij thuis is helemaal TOP
Sterke punten
Wij hebben een wijnproeverij thuis gedaan met 5 dames. Wat was dat leuk en leerzaam Het duurde 3 uur en we hebben genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben op aanraden van de wijnspecialist zelf de hapjes erbij gemaakt. Helemaal TOP Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar ik raad het iedereen aan.
Verbeterpunten of tips
Ik kreeg de wijn die ik had besteld in 2 etappes binnen. Dit kan echter ook aan Post Nl liggen.

For over a year now we enjoyed receiving our seasonal wine box every 3 months. It was always exciting to open it up and discover what they sent. I even recommended it to all my friends at work But now that I ve had my first experience with their after sales service I am so disappointed and wouldn t recommend it again. We signed up for automatic payments so that we wouldn t have to think about paying the bill each time. One month they forgot to withdraw the money and sent us a bill instead although nothing was on the wine box itself. I never saw their email or the letter they sent to the house reminding us to pay it because it was stuck between the 100 other marketing emails and letters that they send on a near daily basis. Instead of calling me to sort out the issue they sent it to the incasso bureau. So now I will have to pay a 40 00 euro fee for a mistake they made. When I called their after sales service to see what they could do they were of no help and offered no apology. He was quick to unsubscribe me from their mailings and was quick to cancel my subscription. What a pity. I would have loved to keep getting the wine box because there is nothing wrong with the product itself but I cannot do business with a company that treats their customers in this way.

if you need to reach a customer about something important like a bill don t depend on email or letters. You need call them - something you didn t do in my case. If you had called me we could have resolved the issue immediately. In today s world your customers are receiving 100s of emails each day and a stack of junk mail at home that is 5 cm thick. Many of that is coming from your own marketing team After dealing with 100s of emails at work all day emails in personal accounts go unread for months at a time and junk mail is quickly tossed aside unless it s put in some sort of packaging that makes it look official. So if you really wanted to reach your customer you should have picked up the phone and called.
