The car was fine. It s the service that is very poor. Had to wait for 35 minutes at arrival rather than a few minutes as was described on their info. 2. GPS did not work 3. The rep who answered our email did not even check our departure date and had us leaving after a week rather than 2 weeks. He stated had we stayed another week which we did he would have had the GPS checked or given us another vehicle. 4. The rep that finally showed had been walking around about the whole time we were waiting but in very poor dress plus he didn t have our name tag showing which was supposed to be the case and blatantly lied that he had just got there 5 minutes ago. The rep we contacted later stated he questioned that but go no satisfactory answer What a poor excuse from a so called reputable company. 5. We would never recommend BB L to anyone as a result
Improvements or suggestions
We should by all rights got a refund more than cancelling the 25 euro valet fee. And employees who are qualified and check things beforehand in order to make a proper decision rather than guessing Reps who are properly dressed and on time
