I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment, whilst they cannot provide me with the right documents that state that I indeed owe them money. They charged my credit card, without my permission, whilst their policy mentions that they will only do this after your permission.
I have been emailing them abput this issue for the past 2 weeks, but I get 0 response.
Would not recommend this company, as their emergency service during the rental period also fully lacked.

Very fast service. Just walk to representative at Victoria Secrets and he brings you to the car. It was a brand new car with only 100 kilometers. Thanks!

Just returned from Schipol and this is the second time I have used this company. They are excellent- booking is simple and straightforward on line. When arriving at Schipol go to outside ‘Victoria secrets ‘ in the arrivals 3 Hall 3 and you will be met there, walked to the front of building and handed your car with the minimum of fuss. The car this time was an excellent Peugeot 5008 automatic with just 33,000 km on the clock and it was spotless. I like the fact that anyone can be an additional driver, there are no sly or underhand charges or airport supplements etc. The hardback was fast and simple. No nonsense and economical car hire service. Just return the vehicle with the level of fuel you took it out with. If you can’t do that they will only charge You the regular pump price to top it back up. Youmust be mad to allow yourself to be ripped off by the ‘big’ car companies. Fully recommended. An honest and great business model. Thank you.
