As mentioned above, I really liked that the license was e-mailed to me right away rather than other retailers' option which is to ship a license card which would have taken days to get to me.
The shopping experience was overall great.

My Synology DSM software warned me that I needed to purchase additional camera licenses but DSM help only showed me a list of approved retailers, neither of which had the option of e-mailing the license to me. Please add a link to your on-line store within DSM help. In my opinion, no software should be shipped to consumers since it is a waste of fuel and is bad for the environment.
