Strengths
I bought two items the same but for different purposes. The surveillance option isn t so good and the after sales support is terrible non-existent. The storage option I cannot fault and really like no complaints with the device on this aspect. The surveillance device is going to be sent back for a refund.

horrible regret buying this software
Strengths
it was bundled with my Synology I thought it would be a solution. it has been a very dissapointing purchase 1 pricy 2 still have not been able to add some cameras 3 very slow web and iPhone interface 4 no basic functions like movement alerts ps. my computer skills are medium to advance.

It was easy to deal with. The key is sent sa picture and apparently it cannot be displayed with Google Gmail. So had to download outlook other than that it was easy.
