We had a party of 15 people as a thankyou party and booked ice-carting. The booking process was very good with alot of feedback and help. Booking was for ice-carting with a welcome drink and hapjes arrival time was indicated between 15 45 and 16 45 with a start for ice-carting at 17 30. Firstly I think the arrival time should be no more than an hour and possibly only 45 mins before the ice-carting start. When we arrived at reception the first thing the lady said is Oh I m not sure if we can take you there is only 12 people per round which I knew already and had discussed with the booking agent and was assured that the group would just be split in 2. We had paid for everything already so I was a bit irritated that I got this response on arrival. Next we had a delay with ice-carting and could not start until 18 10 which meant I had a group of people waiting for nearly 2 hours. With the late start of the ice-carting it meant we were 30 minutes late for our restaurant booking and we did not stay for the prize giving which would have been fun and we had to organise this ourselves. The ice-carting itself is a great activity for groups everyone enjoyed the racing. As we were with 15 I would have preferred that we were split only over 2 groups there was a 3rd group included in our round which meant a waiting time to complete the course. Overall we would do this again however a bit disappointed with the delay and the problem at reception.
