helaas, een afspraak kunnen maken op de vrijdagmiddag tussen 12 en 16:30 uur, keurig op tijd thuis maar geen monteur. Bellen op het storingsnummer, het lokale nummer en alle andere nummers maar geen van de nummers neemt op. zelfs niet na 20! Minuten in de wacht.

If there is a problem with the reparation you will be completely ignored by them. We called for a blockage in the toilet and the plumber had to unscrew it from the wall. When he left (around 10 am) everything was looking fine, but when we arrived from work (around 6pm) we discovered that the toilet was not properly attached to the wall and the toilet deposit was never getting filled, resulting in liters and liters of water accumulating inside the wall and eventually spilling all over the bathroom and kitchen (the other side of the wall). Ok, that's a mistake, can happen. The worst thing is when we call back Riool for a solution and they refuse to send anyone back to check and fix it. We also call the plumber directly and the same, just saying that that was a different problem and they were not coming back. Therefore we had to call an emergency plumber that solved the issue in 15 minutes at 11 pm and an we had to pay him 300 euros (in adition to the cost of the first one that was 162). The second plumber told us that the problem was the first plumber used the wrong piece when attaching the toilet to the wall. We asked Riool to, at least, not have to pay the 162 of their reparation as it actually created more trouble, but nothing. Again just ignoring us and tell us that is not their fault and we have to pay. So that's it. If they screw up, they don't feel responsible at any level and you'll have to pay another plumber.

Ik had een probleem met de wasmachine de afvoer was verstopt. Ik bellen naar Riool.nl en diezelfde dag kwam er al een monteur langs Bieb bieb dat is snel Prima werk afgeleverd het water kwam niet meer omhoog en lekkage was opgelost. Errug tevreden.
