Beware, oude delft are ***. Everything went well when I lived in the appartment rented by them. The check out visit also went well and they agreed that the place was clean and in good shape. However, it was hell to get my deposit back. They were obviously stalling and in the end, they reimbursed me 575 euros out of a 1450 euro deposit, justifying the difference by administrative fees. To get to that point, I had to have countless phonecalls with them and hearing excuses such as "the financial department is on holidays". This is a dishonest company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting to get their full deposit back without trouble.

Guys at Oude Delft Makelaarij did good work from my perspective! Communication was fast from their side and they were proactive in trying to find suitable places for me and my partner. Was really great to work with them, so shoutout to Chris & Radina, thanks for a great job!

Unbelievably unprofessional.
They have turned our experience in the Netherlands into a nightmare for months. They have the tendency to obstruct communication between the tenants and landlord, and usually take forever to answer even basic questions or fix the simplest issues.
As an example, the name of one of the tenants was misspelled on our rental contract, and we tried to fix it for several days, since the employee would keep re-writing it with spelling mistakes, sometimes even spelling it in different ways in the same document! We eventually gave up and signed it anyway.
This was just the prelude of all the unprofessionalism we would have to deal with in the upcoming months. They took forever to answer to even the most basic requests. They even outright lied about different matters both to us and to the landlords in several occasions.
This just scratches the surface of all the unprofessional behavior we had to deal with several times. All of this resulted in the most frustrating experience possible.
If you own a house and want to rent it out, do a favour to your future self and stay away from these jerks. Otherwise, if you're looking for accommodation in Delft and the only option you have is to go with them, I advice to get the direct contact of your landlord before signing the contract, since these a**holes will refuse to give it to you, while not being willing to help you out with anything themselves.
Edit: Our rental contract has expired almost four months ago, and we still have to settle some balances. They made a miscalculation about a refund we were owed, and are currently refusing to settle this balance, replying to our requests with unbelievable expressions like "are you really gonna nag about 50 euros?". They also mentioned in a call we recently had with them that they had read this review, which apparently angered them, resulting in this hostile behaviour on their behalf. This is beyond unprofessional.
PS: looks suspicious that most of the positive reviews were written by people who only have one review on Google Maps. You draw the conclusions
