I thought the whole process was very professional
Strengths
I sent an email to ask a question about one of the photos in the advert and the response was quick polite and accurate. Considering that my order had to be delivered to the UK from Holland it was very fast and the item was well packaged and exactly how it had been described on the website
Improvements or suggestions
from my point of view the service could not be improved. The only change that could be made is that the photos could be larger so that any blemishes could be seen easily
