I had really bad experience of shopping in the stores 3 times in a roll in both STORES in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. I didn’t get to know your store since two weeks ago, and immediately sincerely I fell in love with your product quality and fashion designs. However, the service is incredibly unexpectedly BAD as well.
First of all, I noticed most women in the store are mature looking work professionals. I am young (23 years old), and perhaps look like I don’t have the money, but whatever the reason it is, I would like to know the reason why people tend to ignoring me in the store? I never get to ask if I would like to have a coffee or tea, while other customers would easily be offered, and nobody would come up to me and give me advices or consult me about my fashion desire.
Actually what happened tonight in Rotterdam is that, when I entered the store and looking around, the lady asked me very rudely directly (I hope it’s only because she don’t speak good English): “what are you looking?!”. I tried to explain to her that I am looking for jackets and some items that I have checked on the website already. She immediately goes impatiently:” the Jackets are here, and there, (that’s it).”, as if wishing I don’t need to/ or should not look at the other places anymore. I am not BLIND, I can see where the jackets sections are, and I don’t need her to tell me where they are. Instead of telling me where the jackets are generally located, shouldn’t she ask me what kind of jackets am I looking for??
Later when I am trying to describe to her what kind of clothing I am looking for according to your website, without waiting until I finish my description, she smartly decided it’s going to be the one in the storage. She went to the back storage room and came back with a piece of item and claimed that if this is not the item that I am looking for, then the one that I am looking for is not in the store. But under my persistent description, “we” managed to find it in the store somehow.
Experiences like this do not just happen in the store of Rotterdam.
When I am visiting your store in Amsterdam ZUID under my house, I had the similar experience. I witness all the other ladies got well-served and were handed in all kinds/sizes of clothing by your stuff. They talk super friendly with the customer, go and choose and pick the right size clothing for the customer, and running up and down the stairs. However, I always have to pick up my own piece of clothes and walk into the changing room myself (which is okay/acceptable), but no-one is interested to come and ask me if the clothing fit with my size or if I have any opinion towards it, or if there is anything they could help me, or any opinion/suggestions they could give me.
Are your staff trained to serve specific people only? Or they simply never trained to deal with international customers?
Second, I have made my membership card two weeks ago since the first time I entered the store. But the information your stuff filled in for me is not correct (even though I have filled in the form black and white), nor that my points were collected in my account since my first purchase. I have to download the app before finding out that there were mistakes. When I did my second purchase tonight in Rotterdam, I was informed that there is nothing they could do with the first purchase points unless I have the receipt, which I don’t have it anymore. It is not my mistake that the points are not input in the system in the first place, and why there is no solution for me now?
I have walked into the store 3 times in the past 2-weeks time, and did 2 times purchase, and yet have to be disappointed by your service EVERYTIME. I am not sure if I would like to go back anymore, although liking the design so much.
