Had an appointment with Anouk for my hair highlights. Had been a very good experience. She was focus and worked on each details along with some advice over dry hair.
Highly recommend her service.

Bad/basic exprience. Not reccommended it at all
I arrived 4 minutes late and the first words of the hairdresser were “please, next time, arrive on time” (it was 9 am and the place was empty). I told her that i wanted to change my color to a lighter one and she looked at me like I was asking for a very difficult task and said that was impossible cause she needed to bleach it and had no time for that. (Apparently I booked the wrong treatment (one color) on line, but I’m not a professional, it was impossible to know that you need two colors to go to a lighter color)
She didn’t speak English, her colleague was translating, so in a certain moment I just told them to apply my existing color and cut my hair a little
The rest of the experience was really basic/dissapointing. For example, if you want your hair dry, they will apply the hair dryer on your hair and that’s all (no straightener, no curls.... nothing)
As a final detail, they suggested to change my mask for a medical one so mine won’t get ruined (thought it was a nice gesture but then I saw in the ticket that they charge you 1€ for that)
To sum up: 50 something euros that, even if i found it cheap, I would have not mind to pay a little bit more and be treated in a more friendly/nicer/premium way. Never again
