The staff were friendly and had an idea about what they were talking about. I bought my Samsung s6 and wireless charger. The charger did not connect through the phone cover and had to be disconnected after every use, so wasn't so convenient after all. This could only be discovered after I had opened the packet. I took it back and explained the inconvenience of the thing as a whole and asked for a refund, sorry said the young girl but the package has been opened and we will not be able to resell it lie that! It took quite a discussion to get my refund. So helpful when selling you something
