The worst experience ever with the flight booking. I do not suggest anyone to book their because in case of any problems/changes you will not be responded! it is not a supersaver it is a superwaste!
My story as follows:
I have bought return tickets via supersavers, but later on I had to change the departure date. Nobody had responded to my request until after 12 days I sent it. I also tried to call them during the working hours, but I was placed on hold for more then 20 min, so I just wasted another money since I was calling from the US where I was at that moment.
After 12 days I have received an answer from them, that to change the date of the departure would cost 338 euro (which is significantly higher than I paid for two return tickets). If supersaver would have responded and informed me earlier I could have bought a new cheaper ticket but at the time of their response nothing was available anymore. As a result, I had to cancel my trip (without any money returned of course).

The customer service of this airline is so horrid. I have no other words for it. If you try to call (only monday till friday, between 8:00 and 15:00) you'll be put on hold for at least 30 minutes. If you write an email - you get a automatic response that states that they've very busy and that you can expect a reply between 5 and 10 business days!
I've got an issue with a bankrupt airline from approximately a year ago, and I simply cannot get answers from SuperSaver on this. Let alone me getting my money back. This was very much an option (as we spoke to the airline directly) but it had to go via SuperSaver, who had not taken any action. And who are now saying the airline is not paying out anymore. Which is not surprising when you only adress the issue after multiple escalations/legal threats/etc and nearly a year after the incident occured.
Simply said - I will never book here again in the future, and would strongly recommend all reading this to book elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! You will regret it. This company is an absolute FRAUD and makes up rules as they go. The airline changed my ticket, and I got the choice to cancel or stick with it. I cancelled, due to the flight changing times not being feasible anymore. Supersaver charged me a booking fee of 20€, and now they cahrge me a handling fee of 20€ PER PERSON for repaying my booking, eventhogh the circumstances are completely beyond my control. This company is a SCAM!!!!

Ik wilde mijn terug ticket datum veranderen maar kreeg na zeer lang proberen niemand aan de telefoon , nog antwoord op mijn email, heb tenslotte maar hierdoor op de oorspronkelijke datum terug gevlogen. Bovendien was ongevraagd mijn terug ticket verandert, ipv een direct vlucht moest ik nu via Abu dabi , dus 5 uur langer onderweg. Deze zeer slechte bereikbaarheid is echt groot nadeel, ga hier nooit meer mee boeken.

Just booked a ticket via supersaver and I am very disappointed with the service quality. Enormous ticket change fees (when comparing with the fees airlines charge for changing a ticket), telephone waiting times over 1 hour and no response when sending an email. I would stringly recommend not to book via this website.
