Ik had geboekt en op de ticket staat vervoer luchthaven bij overstap van het ene vliegveld naar het andere is geboekt en betaald door reiziger. bij aankomst op het vliegveld blijkt dat je dat kaartje nog extra moest kopen dus komt er nog even 120 euro bij kwam. dan had ik beter de rechtstreekse reis kunnen boeken. heel erg slecht.

De taalfouten op de website voorspelde al niet veel goeds. Maar na een flink aantal 'extra's tegen betaling'kwam de climax: betalen via Ideal met een opslag van ruim 90 Euro.
Let op, kies gewoon een vertrouwde Nederlandse site!

Worst company ever. My flight got cancelled and I couldn't reach them because it's a weekend. Well. I hope they have a good weekend because mine is ruined.
Phone says that I have to arrange it on the website. Website says that I should give them a call.
Unbelievable stupidity.

The worst experience with supersaver ever! I've booked 2 tickets to Shanghai through their website. The tickets were paid and later confirmed by supersaver. 5! days prior to our flight we received an e-mail with the message that because of technical errors they weren't able to issue our tickets. When I tried to call the service center I was connected to the callcenter in India where they told me the exact same thing as it said in the e-mail. They would refund my tickets but could not give me a new offer for the flight or compensation. Because of the short notice we needed to buy a last minute ticket that was ofcourse way more expensive than the original price. So never trust supersaver! Even after you received your tickets there is a chance they are not able to issue it and cancel your reservation

Website error and worst service ever! I tried to book a flight for two persons to Tallinn via the Supersaver website. Unfortunately I got an error while finalising the booking stating that it was not succesfull and I could try again later. I then decided to purchase my tickets via another website. Once I had finalised that, I however received an email with my bookingnumber etc from Supersaver and the payment was deducted from my bank account (booking number KDLABC). Despite evidence from my Side Supersaver then refused to give my money back stating they follow airline policy! This however has nothing to do with the airline and everything with supersavers OWN website! Why would i book tickets on the same names for the same flights only minutes apart by the Same person??? Because the website gave an error the first time! This is completely unacceptable.
