I would like to tell about a very unpleasant situation that met me.
I called first time to the emergency number and reported my problem on 28/05/2019 after the conversation the appointment of the specialist was scheduled for the next day (29/05/2019), unfortunately for an hour when I could not be at home (13:00) so I ask for another date. During the next conversation I was informed that no one later will be able to come to me and I have to wait until Friday (because on Thursday 30/05/2019 is a "holiday" and you do not go to customers) my meeting was scheduled for 31/05/2019 between 15:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, on Friday morning, a specialist called me to want to postpone an appointment to an earlier hour. I did not have the opportunity to return home early so I disagreed. After 2 hours the specialist called me again and said that we have to postpone the meeting because 3 hours of waiting is too long for him. The date of the meeting was scheduled for today, 03/06/2019 between 09:00 and 12:00, however, nobody came or called me with information. When I called again to the emergency number the deadline was moved to tomorrow. The whole situation has made me feel ignored and discriminated. I completely do not understand how a serious company that offers 24h / 7 etc. service can treat its clients like this. Finally, after a week, someone came, but he did not take care of my complaints, he only did what he thought was right.

Ik lees over dit bedrijf veel goede dingen, waarbij degene die het schrijft anoniem wil blijven! Ik ben van andere mening. De dingen die de verkoper bij ons aan de deur heeft verteld komt bij het moeder bedrijf niet in het wordt service naar voren. Na meerdere keren gebeld te hebben komt er verder geen reactie.
Bij het verzoek tot opzegging is inderdaad een aangetekende brief nodig! Aan de deur was een simpele service contract genoeg!
Mijn brief de deur uit en zal iedereen afraden om zo'n contract met deze firma te nemen.
