After 3 attempts I finally give up and made the mistake to sign a contract with the agent that insisted and treatened me into doing the contract saying I will pay double and so on.
Now I try to cancel the contract and nobody answers

I’m paying monthly subscription for this company services, but when I’m really in need I’ve been sent away. It’s heavy raining today and out of nowhere my toilet started to leak, water coming out all the time, the service employee said he can come the next day… and till then what should I do, keep moving stinking water outside the whole night? That’s the 24/7 service I’m paying for more than half year and that’s what I’ve got. Thanks for your service. I need to look for new company now.
