I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with my recent seats and sofa order has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple, exciting purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare.
First, the communication has been terrible. I was given vague updates (if any) and constantly had to chase for information. Every time I thought we were moving forward, there was another delay, excuse, or mistake. No one seemed to take real ownership of the issue, and I felt completely dismissed as a customer.
Second, the quality and accuracy of the order were a complete letdown. After waiting far longer than promised, what finally arrived was wrong and not what I had paid for. To add insult to injury, getting someone to actually address the problem and offer a real solution has been next to impossible.
I trusted this company with a major purchase for my home, and they’ve made it a stressful, upsetting experience from start to finish. It's clear that customer care and attention to detail are not their priorities.
I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from here to think twice. I would never have gone through with this order if I had known how poorly everything would be handled. I expected better — and frankly, I deserved better.

We had a very bad experience with Seats and Sofas, Zaandam branch. I was interested in buying a Dubai loungebank with bed function.
The sales person started showing some models. For the model I chose, he initially quoted a price of 3500 EUR, which seemed much higher than expected.
With some bargaining, he brought it down to 1400 EUR, quoting a "discount" of 2000 EUR. With the agreed price of 1400 EUR, I settled the payment. Finally, after 5 weeks, I received the delivery. After unpacking the product, I was shocked to find that the Dubai loungebank delivered was without the bed function!
It turned out that they had made a mistake in the invoice, and included the wrong model which I had unfortunately failed to notice then. The salesperson acknowledged the error.But said that nothing could be done about it. I feel cheated. I would expect them to replace the product or refund my money, but I have received absolutely no support from the customer care or branch manager (Mr Alex). The customer care has not responded to my emails and the manager even asks me to go ahead and file a legal court case.This is not how a professional business treats its clients.
Although I had high expectations with this store, I am completely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone at all.

Heb rustig kunnen kijken in de winkel zonder dat er iemand direct op je afstapt of dat er op een agressieve verkoop methodiek wordt toegepast. Hebt in alle rust kunnen kijken in de winkel, heb daarna een verkoopmedewerker gevraagd om mij te helpen en heb goede informatie gekregen.
