I purchased an Opel Crossland X from Bynco and Auto Koppen in July 2025. the vehicle pulled heavily to the right from day 1 and the hiker who delivered the car advised me to return the car as well — worsening at motorway speeds and making it genuinely unsafe to drive with confidence.
What followed was twelve months of frustration. The car has now been taken in for repair seven times across multiple garages — Profile Hoofddorp, GRF Auto (twice), Auto Twente, and Rivano (twice) — without the defect ever being resolved. On the most recent visit, Rivano's own team acknowledged the issue still persists and confirmed they would escalate to Autotrust directly.
Despite this, Autotrust has resisted a return at every stage, demanding repeated diagnostics and at one point claiming the car was "in good working order" — while their own appointed garage was acknowledging the opposite.
I have a 10-month-old baby and an elderly family member at home. Driving an unsafe car for over a year because a warranty company keeps deferring responsibility is not acceptable.
I am now pursuing formal escalation via the Geschillencommissie Voertuigen. I would strongly caution anyone considering a Auto Koppen/ Auto trust purchase to carefully research what warranty support actually looks like in practice before buying.
I have had 100 plus mail interaction and wasted a huge amount of my time.

Wat een afschuwelijke manier van zaken doen. Je geeft aan de auto te willen kopen. Je wordt door de eigenaar doorverwezen naar een financier. Dus wij gingen aan de slag met de financiering. Maar wat denk je. De volgende ochtend verkoopt hij de auto aan iemand anders.
