The order was promptly fulfilled and shipped. However when we opened it we discovered that the print was creased and as such is really unusable. Notifying the shop of this situation they promptly did an investigation and shipped a replacement print that arrived quickly and with no problems. I would certainly do business with these folks again. Excellent

Excellent service. Tube the print was mailed in was crushed despite fragile tape all over the package. Luckily the print was not damaged
