I bought clothes with my daughter at subdued Utrecht. Of course we paid for everything. Afterwards we wanted to return a shirt, but that was not possible. According to the (not very fast) saleswoman the shirt was not on the receipt while we know for sure we have paid an amount that included the shirt. The girl called in for help of another (not very fast) saleswoman but this girl also did not come to a solution after staring at the receipt for a very long time. Then they called the manager and after a long conversation my daughter was told that the shirt could not be returned. Great service..... But the worst was yet to come; they didn't want to give the shirt back, because it was not on the receipt, so "we did not pay for it". I think this is how it feels like to be treated like a thief ... great service Subdued!
