I ordered an ereader sleeve which was advertised as being suitable for a Pocketbook Sense ereader. In fact it is far too big adding about 2cm to the width and 3cm to the height of the device and making it impossible to fit into a suit pocket. I notice that the website has now been changed so that the Sense reader is no longer mentioned. I have asked three times for an RMA number according to the instructions on the website so that I can return the product for a refund. So far I have received no reply whatsoever and am considering contacting the appropriate authorities.
