Excellent really. I got two separate mails with information about the delivery of the package one about date and one about number of packages -- maybe for good reasons technically but I thought that could ve fit in one.
Strengths
Almost everything. The site was very clear photos were updated per colour enough information. Near perfect I d say.

Number of emails four total might be a bit much. Maybe one mail for confirmation and invoice and one for delivery information and number of packages If this is possible of course.

Orderded several items for my tablet cover charger cable and charger. The last one turned out not to be strong enough for my tablet. When sending an email about this i recieved a reply within a few hours from a very service minded service rep. offering me to send another charger to rule out the possibility of a production fault. This too did not work because the charger is too light for my tablet. I can return the chargers free of charge and get a refund. Excellent service

please add a heavier charger to your assortment or change the discription of the current charger because it appartently is not usable for all tablets in my case an Asus TF700T
