1er envoi jamais arrivé. Suite a un mail pour le signaler l entreprise a réagit tout de suite et assuré un 2e envoi sans frais supplémentaires. Celui-ci est arrivé sans probl mes tr s rapidement. Au final je suis tr s satisfaite et le produit répond a mes attentes.
