Game Mania Ceintuurbaan is one of the (if not the only) place where you can test PS4 Virtual Reality in Amsterdam. I was referred to the shop by one of your colleagues from the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal shop. When I arrived at the Ceintuurbaan shop (Sat. 17 June) I was friendly welcomed by all the staff. Maria, who helped us to test the VR system paid attention to every detail, provided us with all the information we needed, supported us with every need by, for example, creating a good environment (airconditioning, lens cleaning), offered various games that could be of our interest, and was very kind and knowledgeable of the system. She is very talented in sales and business, anticipates customer's needs, supports the VR experience for customers who, like me, were new to this technology. Before buying the VR set, I wanted to try the product first (to know if I would get dizzy, and if I would like it), mainly because I didn't want to buy a costly device that would not work for me. Your staff's support definitely inspired me and convinced me this is the right product for me, which fully influenced my purchase. Important to say is that I have approximately 6 games, out of which I only feel a bit dizzy with (Scavengers Odyssey (part of the VR Worlds and a little bit with DriveClub VR). Thus, 5 to 10 minute testing of each game can reveal whether dizziness could be an issue. Keep up the good work and creating interactive spaces for customers to test new systems.
