I printed and sent forms into DE last year to order 4 of the DE 'Oud Hollands' Fiets's and other items from the shop that I saved points and money for, but the bikes/products were never delivered.
I sent a beswaar to DE and also called several times that no one ever reacted on my order...yet no one reacts :( Also, I have problems with my Senseo machine leaking from the bottom...I really love the DE coffee and products and have been a faithful customer for over 9 years (I even bring coffee and mugs to the VS to my Mama every year)But, I must say I am quite dissapointed in the customer service and the fact that I never recieved my bikes I was so looking forward to for my clients/guests that come to Amsterdam to visit.
